I have taught American and European History at the college level for the past 27 years. I find it fascinating how history truly does repeat itself. When we watch the evening news, no one seems to know anything about how current events are all tied to the past. The world economy? The Arab/Israeli conflict? The War in Ukraine? How about international relations with Russia, China, and Europe?
I have launched this site to share insight into these and other topics from an historical perspective. My intent is to use what has taken place in the past to help us all better understand what is currently happening in our world.
